Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using Draftfold, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Draftfold on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Service

Draftfold provides a web-based workspace where users can organize project context, upload or reference files, converse with AI agents, and create or revise documents, slides, spreadsheets, research notes, and related work products.

Draftfold is currently offered as an alpha service. Features may change, break, be removed, or become unavailable without notice.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your authentication method secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by anyone you invite to a shared workspace.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Draftfold, including prompts, uploaded files, project notes, and generated artifacts that you are legally allowed to own.

You grant Draftfold the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, and otherwise use your content to provide and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these terms.

AI Output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it.

Draftfold is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, accounting, tax, or other regulated advice.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Draftfold to harm others, break the law, compromise systems, or interfere with the service.

• Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, authentication, authorization, or usage restrictions.
• Do not use Draftfold to distribute malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive content.
• Do not use Draftfold to extract, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where allowed by law.
• Do not submit sensitive personal, regulated, or confidential information unless you have the right to do so and accept the risks of processing that information through the service.

Third Party Services

Draftfold may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, databases, AI model processing, security, analytics, and support. Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.

If you sign in with Google, Google Sign-In is used only as an authentication provider unless you separately authorize additional Google integrations.

Fees

Draftfold may be offered free during alpha. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you are charged.

Termination

You may stop using Draftfold at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Draftfold or other users, or if we discontinue the service.

Disclaimers

Draftfold is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draftfold will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or service interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draftfold's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Draftfold in the three months before the claim or 100 USD.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and take additional steps when required by law. Continued use of Draftfold after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
